In addition to the normal realtor tasks of showing and marketing the home and keeping us on track with each step of the purchase and sale process (and all the paperwork that goes with it), Viviana and her team went “above and beyond” by scheduling minor painting and repair jobs for us, replacing a lost key, and advising us at key points in the negotiation process. She took our opinions seriously while adding her own expertise to help us make the best decisions as to listing price, counter-offers, etc. She was willing to provide a discount on the standard commission, saving us thousands of dollars.
