They showed up within 3 hours of my call. Waking up to no heat on a cold morning is no fun at all. Service rep was very kind, and knowledgeable found the issue and had the heat running again! I'm new to the area so I wasn't sure who to call. I'm glad I chose them. They definitely have a new customer now!
